Own a Piece of Hardware Identical to What Was Sent to ISS!

This stainless steel, flight-ready feedstock canister is a great conversation starter whether it is decorating your office or complementing your museum. Designed by Made In Space engineers with the goal of speed and ease-of-use, the proprietary snap-lock mechanism makes changing feedstock in zero-gravity as easy as pushing a button.

It includes inspected, space-qualified ABS filament, housed in a stainless-steel canister which is used to interface with the Zero-Gravity 3D Printer built by Made In Space.

The beautiful steel canister was assembled in Made In Space’s clean room and thoroughly inspected using the same methods as canisters destined for spaceflight. Even though it is built for Made In Space 3D printing hardware, the canister can be used for a wide array of terrestrial 3D printers without modification.

The inspected AstroABS has been hand extensively scrutinized by Made In Space engineers to reduce the risk of consistency issues that could compromise a nominal print. This was not a requirement for space qualification but a step Made In Space took in order to further mitigate potential errors. Selected by Made In Space for NASA's 3D Printing in Zero-Gravity Technology Demonstration, this top quality filament is spooled and ready for your 3d printer. Made In Space's filament is formulated for sustained precision 3D printing with a quality finish. This high integrity filament is made with strict dimensional accuracy, so you can rest assured that extrusion will be a smooth process.

This filament is compatible with ABS-capable 3D printers.
